Avoid this agent!
Mike Acker assisted my partner and I purchase a home that was for sale by owner, before he was actually licensed, but has continued to manage my partners interest over the years. He is untrustworthy, scheming, and someone to generally avoid under all circumstances. If however, you need someone to break the rules, circumvent legal procedures, and is willing to do so on your behalf, he is very skilled in those arenas. If he represents the other side, run, don't walk to the nearest exit. He will do whatever it takes to make a sale/deal, even if it is not honorable, honest, and dare I say in my humble opinion, legal.
