Past client
Would never use Gary Nicholson again. As a agent he may be fine, but DO Not use him as a contractor! He cost us twice as much and is not professional. He doesn't give an itemized bill. He sends copies of receipts which include other purchases of other properties he is working on. If you question him he gets very agitated.
