T & A Realty broker Andy Nguyen lies about real estate transactions. He owed money to us who bought a single family house in Ontario where he was a seller's agent. At close of escrow, he was supposed to give seller's money to buyer but he kept it. When we called him, he gave us different excuses such as he was out of town, was busy, had open house, didn't have a chance to write a check, etc. When we told him that we would meet him at his office to get our money in person, he yelled at us and hang up the phone. He was very rude and unprofessional. He never kept his promise and ripped people off. Please spread the message and take your business elsewhere.
