Linda has lived in the San Jose area and the South Bay Area her entire life. Communities where she has lived include Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Campbell and San Jose – she’s been here since before most of the buildings were here. Linda graduated from Sunnyvale High School and then received her Bachelor’s from National University, San Jose – BBA (Bachelor’s of Business Administration) with an emphasis in Marketing.Linda started her working life in materials management in high tech purchasing and production planning. She stumbled into real estate investing and worked with and for some of the premier investors and investment groups in the country. Linda founded her Short Sale Processing Company with her business partner and long time friend in 2007 helping other Realtors with their clients who were underwater or behind on their mortgages. They started focusing on short sales when they saw that the mortgages were making it unprofitable to buy investment property ‘subject to’ and have them cash flow. Linda is a great forward thinker and is very good at inferring the bigger picture and she believed there would be a ‘mortgage meltdown’ so she focused on helping homeowners out of their over leveraged homes, ever growing mortgage payments and negative equity positions.Linda earned her real estate license in 2008 and then her broker’s license in 2010. With their contracts background in business, negotiation skills and investment background, she has an excellent understanding of the real estate process and short sale negotiations, high integrity and honesty, and is direct and straightforward. Linda and her partner are also professional speakers.
