LeAnn Smith - Susan River Realty MOST UNETHICAL and UNHELPFUL REALTOR
I am currently renting a home through LeAnn Smith with Susan River Realty and have had many issues with this property manager. In addition to the fact that she has been extremely rude the entire time, she does not do her job at all. She has also been extremely unethical the whole way through, starting when she unfairly coerced us to sign a lease without a walk through first. She misrepresented the property we were to rent, she responds to requests as if she will call for needed repairs and then never calls anybody, it took over 2 months to get the dishwasher repaired that was broken when we moved in! As of now we have had many run ins with her where we made requests and were met with one sided decisions, always in HER favor. She is not helpful and I would NOT recommend using her to manage a property in any case as you will have unhappy tenants.
