DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! BUYER BEWARE
RENTER BEWARE. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY MANAGER. I wish I didn't have to write this review. I've NEVER felt more bamboozled in my LIFE. We lived in a property that Sneed Management (Steve Sneed) property manages for 5 years. We were excellent tenants, always understanding of his delays and most of the time we didn't even bother him with repairs and did them ourselves. And then we moved out. We did our due diligence, got the house cleaned and we did a walk through with him. We AGREED on the things that needed to be fixed with our deposit - about $300 worth of charges. Fast forward to 18 days later - he hadn't been responding to our inquiries about the deposit. It wasn't until I warned him of the 21 days he has per California law to return our deposit, that we finally hopped into action, fabricating invoices, straight up LYING about repairs and bloating charges to the tune of $1500. After his worker dropped off the check, all of a sudden he won't answer us, return calls or text messages we've left him - to ask him to explain these charges that are straight up WRONG. We trusted him to be fair as he'd promised, and now we can't even reach him. I guess our next step is small claims since he won't even talk to us to explain. I have no other choice but to warn others and hope no one else gets burned by this crook. Please, please, please heed my advice.
