Does not care for tenants
My family has rented a unit through Crystal since April 2015. We really needed to upgrade and felt promise with our Pasadena townhouse. Unfortunately, there have been several things wrong and no follow up with Crystal. It is extremely hard to get a hold of her and schedule maintenance.

I scheduled a maintenance and she canceled one hour before the arrival. I did not hear from her, again when I contacted. They came back a week later to fix a hole from termite damage, and the maintenance worker filled it with bathroom caulking. The hole in the middle of the floor was ghastly looking. I attempted to work with Crystal to get the floor fixed right, even as far as finding the floor planks ourselves and hiring an outside maintenance contact. She refused and I haven't heard from her since.

Crystal will not listen to our needs' as tenants, and has no concern after business is done and over.
