Buyer
In 2011, and now in 2014; I have attempted to purchase a home through Robert Nicorici / Icon Realty & Investments. I am a cash buyer looking for a residence for my family. I managed to contact him via phone in 2011 and 2014, and I stated my intentions and cash budget, which he had homes that fit nicely into my criteria. Neither instance did he even follow up via email, with myself or my buyers agent. No response. Several email, no response.

This agent is still sitting on very old properties in which I was geared to present very nice cash offers on. No replies, and these properties are still on the market, at now reduced prices (much lower than what my offer would have been).

Robert Nicorici is the true definition of an unprofessional, inept RE agent/broker.

I could not imagine ever running my own business with an over-bearing sense of unethical and outright lazy tact.
