My husband and I dealt with Brandon Shepard and his wife Mandy when we purchased a home last year. Our experience with Brandon and Mandy was VERY bad because there was many things about the home we bought that were not disclosed, he was working with both parties which is not allowed but then got his wife involved on paper so it would look legit, he met our building inspector at the home instead of "our" representative Mandy after the appointment was made when we were not available. The building inspector told him things about the house and gave him a tape of his inspection. Brandon never discussed what the inspector had told him or give us the inspectors tape even after we requested it. Brandon had told us he would order a pest inspection but this was never done. Probably because he knew there was prior pest and termite problems. Brandon / Mandy never provided us with copies of paperwork. We received very little documents. We figured all this out when we were selling our home using a different agent who was very thorough, explained everything in detail, provided us with copies of "everything" and made sure that everything was disclosed even if that meant we filled out a longer form. There were many unethical things that were done by Brandon and Mandy all to sell a house. We would not recommend anyone doing business with this couple.
