BANGAR IS UNETHICAL AND HORRIBLE
James Bangar may have had lots of experience, but he was not completely ethical nor communicative with us. We encountered Bangtard because of our home in the Montebello/Whittier area. First, he continued to list property for sale for nearly a month even though the property was under escrow. Unwitting buyers continued to visit the property for nearly a month without knowing the property was under escrow. This is a violation of real estate protocol. Second, he went out of town for extended periods while the house was in the middle of escrow. He would rarely return phone calls. Third, when finally did get his attention, he would say nothing or speak in passive-aggressive hostility. Stay away from James Bangar.
